About Us
Obviously, someone had to start it.
I Mean Co. started when a final year engineering student looked around and realised nobody was making clothes that actually said what engineers were thinking. Not motivational quotes. Not generic hustle slogans. Just honest, sarcastic, painfully accurate sentences — the kind you say under your breath in a standup, or text your friend after a 3am debugging session. So instead of waiting for someone else to do it, we did.
We make back-print tees for engineers, developers, CS grads, and anyone who has ever said "it works on my machine" with complete sincerity. Every design starts as a real thought — something overheard, something lived, something that made a group chat explode with "bro this is literally me." If it doesn't make an engineer nod and immediately think of someone to send it to, it doesn't make the cut.
We care a lot about quality because we wear these ourselves. Every tee is printed on 100% cotton and fulfilled through a trusted print partner — meaning your order is only printed when you place it, with no shortcuts on material or print quality. We're a small brand, which means when something goes wrong, a real person responds — not a bot, not a template. If your order has an issue, we'll make it right. That's not a policy, that's just how it works here.
I Mean Co. is built from zero — no funding, no warehouse, no team of twenty. Just a lot of opinions about software development culture and the conviction that your wardrobe should reflect how you actually think. We're just getting started. Obviously.
